Southern Elegant homes has announced that it will be developing an exclusive residential community in Raleigh called Maida Vale. The community will cater to the high end buyer with a taste for the luxury southern elegant home with Mediterranean style influence.

The builders say that that the Maida Vale community will resemble the look and feel of old Europe with it’s Mediterranean style architecture, tree-lined streets, a central piazza with a Renaissance-style fountain and floral filled statuary, encircled by Italian cedars.

The eight plans all boast different European style architectural designs from Andalusian, to French, to English, to Italian, and particularly Tuscan. The 60 homes will be situated between Chapel Hill and Durham and prices start in the upper $700,000.
