Raleigh’s Homes by Dickerson has gone green. As of July 1st of this year, all homes have incorporated the Energy Star certification. Some of the features in a home built by Homes by Dickerson will include the use of Energy Star-qualified lighting fixtures and appliances, additional ventilation fans, high performance windows with protective coatings that block damaging UV sunlight and helps reduce energy costs along with additional insulation.
