As more and more home buyers come to the triangle, they are going to find a buyers' market where prices are quite competitive, but they are also going to find daily commutes that top the twenty mile mark. That fact is going to change the way that people choose their home, it is quite possible that looking into the future the most desirable neighborhoods will seem less so, and new neighborhoods will see growth by their proximity to large area employers, or to large area work centers. It is true that some neighborhoods are already well positioned with respect to those factors, it is also true that some are far from it.
